Warplanes Pty Ltd is no stranger to Charleville's skies — they were part of the very first Wings on the Warrego in 2024 and we're thrilled to welcome them back for 2026.

Founded by pilot Ross Parker, Warplanes is dedicated to keeping the sights, sounds and sensations of historic warbird flight alive for new generations. With five decades in the air and 25,000 flying hours behind him, Ross is one of Australia's most experienced warbird pilots — and his passion for sharing that experience with others is exactly what Wings on the Warrego is all about.

Adventure flights will be available across the weekend, giving visitors the rare chance to take to the skies in a piece of living aviation history with a pilot who truly knows these machines inside and out.
