About the Fly-In
Join Us on the Tarmac
Wings on the Warrego welcomes all aircraft to fly in and be part of the event. Whether you're a private pilot, flying club, or vintage aircraft enthusiast, there's a spot for you at Charleville Airport.
The public will have the opportunity to walk the tarmac early in the day to see the aircraft up close, meet pilots, and learn about aviation.
If you or your club would like to showcase your aircraft, this is your chance to share your passion with the outback community.

When to Fly In
Friday Arrival
12 September 2026
Arriving on Friday gives you time to settle in and ensures the event zone can be set up without disruption. This is the preferred arrival day for all fly-in participants.
Saturday Arrival
13 September 2026
If you can't make Friday, you can fly in early Saturday morning before the event zone opens to the public. Please arrive as early as possible to allow time for setup.
